We will contact your insurance company on your behalf to start the claim process. We work with all major providers and our experts will work with you and your insurance provider to create your claim and begin the estimation process. After we’ve estimated the damages, we will keep an open communication with you and your provider to facilitate the repair process.
Our estimate will be provided to both you and your insurance company for review and the insurance company’s approval of the estimate. Work cannot begin until this step is completed. There may be items on the estimate your insurer will not cover and require negotiating these items with them. Once you and your insurance company have given us the go ahead, we will proceed with the repair process. During this stage, we maintain open communication with all parties to ensure the process moves forward smoothly and without delay.

Metalwork
We provide a lifetime warranty on all metalwork, including welding and the application of materials used in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.
Refinishing
We provide a lifetime warranty on all paintwork performed, to protect against peeling, lifting or failure. Chips in paint obtained from rocks or debris are not covered under this warranty as they are considered external factors beyond our control.
Mechanical Repairs
We provide a one-year warranty on mechanical labor performed on repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage and stated on original repair order. Our warranty excludes wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or neglect post-repair completion.
Car Parts
We extend coverage to all replaced parts, in accordance with their respective manufacturers' warranties, ensuring comprehensive protection for both our work and the quality of the parts themselves.
