Fast Lane Collision works with you and your insurance company to simplify the claims process. After we’ve estimated the damages, we’ll pass these along to both you and the insurance company and continue to keep an open communication to facilitate the repair process.
Free Estimate
Bring your damaged vehicle to our shop to be inspected by one of our estimators to provide a thorough evaluation of repairs. The information is entered into our computer estimate system and compiled into an assessment of the cost of repairs.
We Help You with Your Insurance Claim
Fast Lane Collision works with you and your insurance company to simplify the claims process. After an accident, it is important to make contact with your insurance company about repairing your vehicle. Fast Lane Collision will contact your insurance company on your behalf to start the claim process. We work with all major providers and our experts will work with you and your insurance provider to create your claim and begin the estimation process. After we’ve estimated the damages, we will keep an open communication with you and your provider to facilitate the repair process.
Insurance Approval
The shop estimate will be provided to both you and your insurance company for review and the insurance company’s approval of the estimate. Work cannot begin until this step is completed. There may be items on the estimate your insurer will not cover and require negotiating these items with them. Once you and your insurance company have given us the go ahead, we will proceed with the repair process.
Collision Shop Selection
If you contact your insurance company prior to contacting Fast Lane Collision, it’s important to understand that you may choose any collision repair shop to perform the repairs on your vehicle, regardless of your providers’ recommendation. You are entitled to make an informed decision on which collision center will repair your vehicle and should consider factors like a solid reputation and commitment to excellent work to select the best shop for peace of mind.
Estimates from multiple shops can vary based on the quality of work that will be performed and type of parts used in the repair. Beware of low estimates compared to others that may not repair all your damage or meet certain safety specifications.
