Repair Process

Ensuring a budget friendly, efficient repair process

Providing a Hassle-Free Repair Process

Once your insurance claim has been filed and an estimate has been approved, here are the steps in the repair process.

Disassembly

During disassembly, we will remove the parts of the vehicle that have been affected and assess for other hidden damages. If we find the damage was more extensive than expected, we will re-estimate the cost of repair, inform you and the insurance company for additional approval.

Order Parts

When final approval has been received to proceed with repairs, we will order the structural parts required for the repair and set the repair plan schedule. Once the parts have arrived, we will start the structural repairs.

Structure & Body Repair

Our technicians will carefully evaluate the frame and make any necessary repairs to ensure the car frame is properly aligned. The body parts that can be repaired or replaced are handled accordingly and prepared for painting. Any mechanical work is performed at this stage as well.

Refinishing

The vehicle surfaces and parts are prepared for painting. We establish an exact color match for your factory paint. Using the PPG Envirobase Waterborne paint system, we achieve a flawless and durable coat to protect the metal body.

Reassembly

The final items are reattached to the vehicle, including reconnecting electrical items, hoses, and harnesses to finish the assembly process. The vehicle is checked to ensure all repairs have been completed.

Detailing and Final Inspection

The final step is properly cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle, and a road test is completed. Your vehicle is returned to you as if it just came off the factory floor.
